We strive for 100% client satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of our services, refunds and cancellations are subject to the following policy:
1. Refunds
Refunds may only be granted in the following cases:
Proven non-delivery of service
Technical errors from our side preventing initiation
Refund requests submitted within 24 hours of payment
Refunds will not be provided for:
Services already rendered or initiated
Disappointment in expected results
Platform-based limitations (algorithm updates, bans)
2. Cancellations
You may cancel services only within 12 hours of order confirmation.
Once campaign design or execution has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
3. Subscription Services
Monthly services can be cancelled before the next billing cycle
No pro-rata refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
4. Dispute Resolution
For disputes, contact [Support Email] with full order details. Our team will review and respond within 5 working days.
