We strive for 100% client satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of our services, refunds and cancellations are subject to the following policy:

1. Refunds

Refunds may only be granted in the following cases:

  • Proven non-delivery of service

  • Technical errors from our side preventing initiation

  • Refund requests submitted within 24 hours of payment

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Services already rendered or initiated

  • Disappointment in expected results

  • Platform-based limitations (algorithm updates, bans)

2. Cancellations

  • You may cancel services only within 12 hours of order confirmation.

  • Once campaign design or execution has started, cancellations will not be accepted.

3. Subscription Services

  • Monthly services can be cancelled before the next billing cycle

  • No pro-rata refunds for mid-cycle cancellations

4. Dispute Resolution
